POLICY ON ADVANCE BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
The hotel can ask the client for a deposit, which will be one day for every seven days booked. This deposit will be deducted from the final amount. If a deposit is not given, the hotel reserves the right not to make the booking.
The hotel reserves the right to retain the deposit when a cancellation is made:
If the hotel is notified:
Less than 7 days - the hotel will retain 100%
7-15 days - the hotel will retain 50%
A full refund will be given if more than 15 days notice is given.
Check in time
Check in time is from 15.00 hours and check out time 12.00 hours the next day.
Please arrange with the hotel if you wish to arrive earlier or later than these times.
The reservation of the room will be held until 20.00 hours on the day of arrival, unless the client has already advised the hotel they will be arriving later than this.
If the client does not advise the hotel of a late arrival, and arrives after 20,00 hours, or does not arrive at all, the room will be charged at the full rate.
Person cheques, or travellers cheques are not accepted as payment.
The prices on the price list are per person per day.
The minimum stay is for four nights at that price.
For shorter periods there will be a supplement of 18.50 euros per person per day.
Payment is by cash, credit card or debit card only.
